Welcome to North Shore Centres of Mutual Aid - C.M.A.

We welcome over 65's at our centres, which are located on the North Shore and in the Hisbiscus Coast regions, and offer companionship, games, crafts, fun activities, gentle exercise and refreshments.

Our Mission Statement is - "To provide companionship and activities to seniors who are isolated in the community".
